We run the full StellarBase stack for you on our EU infrastructure. Fastest path to production — sign up, configure SSO, start ingesting. No servers, no Kubernetes, no capacity planning on your side.

You choose a primary at onboarding. Data does not leave your chosen region except for DR replication (which stays EU-only).

Monthly per-user, per-Base, or flat enterprise. See Platform Pricing.

Inference usage

Per-token / per-unit for StellarCloud API calls. Per-request or licence for StellarGate. See API Pricing.

Onboarding

Typical timeline for a new customer:

  1. Day 1: account created, first user logged in
  2. Day 1–3: SSO integration, first Base, first data source
  3. Day 3–7: first agent, first workflow, pilot user group trained
  4. Week 2–4: production rollout, broader Bases, integration with existing tools
  5. Month 2+: additional workloads, custom workflows, scaling

Graduating to self-hosted

If you start on managed and need to move to on-premise (because of scale, regulation, or data residency change), we provide a migration tooling:

  • One-command export of all Base data, configuration, agents, workflows
  • One-command import into your on-prem deployment
  • Zero data loss
  • Parallel-run period supported — run both during migration
